​Transparent Collective is a nonprofit organization helping Black, Latinx, and Womxn founders access the resources and connections they need to build successful tech companies. ​ ​

1. Prepare underrepresented founders for fundraising through 1:1 and small group coaching, mentorship, and education
   
2. Connect investors to high-caliber entrepreneurs and founders to the right investors

How We Do It

In our sixth year, Transparent Collective is actively achieving this mission and has already improved the outcome of 70 founders of color and women founders. We do this through:

As a non-profit, Transparent Collective does not take any money or equity from our founders when they join our program. We are a collective of underrepresented founders lifting one another up, sharing resources, and building connections that create an ecosystem of more successful minority founders!
